Do I have to be a member to use the office? No. Anybody can use the office Monday through Friday from 8:00 - 5:00. Members can have 24/7 access

What is the cancellation policy for memberships? As our memberships are month to month, all you have to do is call or text Rich Conrad at 602.316.6319, or via email at Rich@MHGWestValley.com to cancel your membership.

What services come with a Coworking membership? Memberships come with unlimited access to workspace, mail services, copy center usage and access to meeting rooms.

Do I need to reserve time to use the workspace? No

Are there any setup fees? No. We do not charge any setup fees.

How do I begin? Click the "Coworking Space" menu button at the top, and choose whichever membership plan you desire

How do I reserve a meeting room? Go to www.westvalleyrooms.com. Choose your day/time/room, and follow the instructions

What happens if my meeting runs over my reserved time? Provided there is no other reservation after your meeting, you can stay within the same room, and we will bill you the additional time used. If there is a reservation after your time has concluded, we can move you into another room to finish your meeting.
